- 2 nights’ accommodation (B&B) on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th March
- Conference lunch, plus tea and coffee – Wednesday and Thursday
- Conference evening meal – Wednesday

- Transport bus (if required)
Accommodation at Carden Park Hotel will be utilised first and will be given on a first come first served basis.
No refund after 28th January 2025.
